PDF generation was impacted for clients using the FNMA Income Calculator integration. As an interim corrective action we have temporarily disabled FNMA Income Calculator on these accounts to restore PDF creation functionality.
In the meantime the Blueprint team is working on a final corrective action to restore both FNMA Income Calculator and PDF generation functionality for all users.
